About Claudia

I'm a certified teacher with four years of childcare experience. My love of caring for kids stems from my previous babysitting work. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. As a caregiver, I believe in open and consistent communication with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience with special needs children. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience with all age groups from infants to preteens. In addition to my teaching certification, I've completed coursework in early child development and early childhood education. I'm CPR-trained and have taken a course in early child development.
