She Accepted the job and didn't show up. I booked my job well in advance and she reassured me she was going to do it. 2 weeks before the schedule Boarding for my 2 dogs I tried contact her to confirm everything was still good for the job but I didn't get a response. 3 days before the job I contacted her again trying to confirm the job and I didn't get any response again. I contacted customer support and they told they were going to contact her and request her to reply to me in the app. Today, when I need to leave my dogs, I still don't get any response, this affects my travel plans and I have no time left to get a new caregiver for my dogs.
