Natalia (Claudia) was simply amazing. She was great with our 2 yr old, was extremely dependable, and was so patient with our daughter (those terrible 2's can be rough. ha!). When we needed to adjust schedules, due to unforeseen circumstances a particular week, she was always flexible. More days, less days...didn't matter, she would bend over backwards for us, and we are eternally grateful for her. The only reason we are no longer working with Natalia is due to her moving away to another city. If you have the opportunity to hire her, DO IT!! I promise you, you will not regret it! We love you and miss you, Natalia! :)
