For the past two years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, focusing on their well-being and independence. My approach is patient and compassionate. I believe in respecting each person's autonomy while providing the support they need. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I keep families informed through verbal updates, always following their preferred method of communication. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
