At my most recent job I stayed there for over a year taking care of a sweet baby girl since she was born till a couple weeks ago and they let me go cause they are moving to the east coast and no longer needed me, at my previous job I stayed there for 6 1/2 years, and before that I stayed for 12 years, Able to provide all needs toward the children and encourage them to learn new things and be the best version of themselves, encourage child to practice good manners, magic words and rules in fun and engaging ways.

Claudia has been with us for over 5 1/2 years. We love her! Dependable, wonderful with our son, flexible when it comes to extra hours, since our schedules can be unpredictable. Claudia communicates well, and is fluent in English. My son is such a sweet kid, partly because of her: whether it's being nurturing when he was a baby, to helping him with his homework as a 6 year old. I wish we could keep her, but my son wants to do after school programs, and we can't justify a full time position anymore. We aim to keep in touch with her for occasional babysitting, and her college age daughter (her kids are all sweet and amazing) will be babysitting part time for us.
