I am a Special Education teacher (and CNA) dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental challenges by providing opportunities for them to be a vital part of their communities through development of social, recreational and educational activities. It is my joy to provide person-centered care; based on an individual's interests, I provide a variety of fun, enriching community-based experiences. For days when the weather is not conducive to outdoor activities, I bring a bag of books, crafts, and music and art materials based on my client's interests and abilities. I am also comfortable with providing compassionate personal care like bathing, toileting, feeding.
