Not happy at all with Claire. We are a two-physician household and require at least a reasonable amount of punctuality, however she was late more than she was on time, such that we had to cancel surgeries/procedures on more than one occasion because of her tardiness. She seemed appropriate with our children, however, she just cannot be relied upon. Further, she would frequently leave empty packaging lying around instead of throwing away, did not go out of her way to help us out throughout the house, and very often seemed to do the least amount necessary. We spoke with her about this on more than one occasion, but did not admit that she could be doing a better job. On the last such encounter, she just stopped showing up without warning and left us without any child care. Overall, she seems to lack the maturity level of someone who you would want caring for the most important people in your world. We would not hire her again (for any role) and do not recommend.
