My college education has given me a solid foundation for providing quality care. I'm patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
