We did a trial run. She was great at the in person interview. I didn’t feel that we are such a great fit after the first time of working with each other. She had told me at the interview. She was OK with animals and actually she was very scared of the dog I had which was a very kind dog, but she was just very anxious and the dog sensed it, she did get things done but at a slower pace then I am usually used to for an assistant. I wish her all the best and not in pet animal environment.
