I come from a big family of 15, I have 9 years of experience with kids from newborns, multiples up to young teens, however my specialty is newborns to the age of 5. As a nanny I enjoy taking care of kids and having a positive impact on their lives. I believe that children should be given the ability to become independent individuals by setting limits with positive discipline, praise, and encouragement. In order to accomplishing this, I encourage academic activities with children to help their minds grow, not only that but interacting with them through fun games, and outdoor activities. Clara took excellent care of our two-year-old son. I was there for part of the time and I could hear him laughing and having fun. Her attention was always on him and she was very interactive. We would definitely hire her again.
