About Clara

I lost my housekeeper of many years, so I looked to Care.com. I spoke with Clara, and she agreed to come see my home to give me an estimate of time and cost for a deep clean. After the estimate was given, she came the next day to clean. By 4 pm, she had not finished. Our home was messier than usual, yet this seemed slow..... especially when each of my daughters told me she had not even cleaned their rooms! We have 3 bedrooms, and she only cleaned 1 of the 3. When I said we could leave the home for her to finish, she said there was no more time. I was perplexed and irritated to say the least, as she had come the night before and spoken with me for an hour to give me a supposed estimate of both time and cost for her to clean my ENTIRE home. I paid her the agreed upon fee, but I was highly displeased as she left without my home being complete. I had to hire someone else off care.com to come the next day to complete the work. Needless to say it was a VERY expensive house cleaning!
