About Claire

Hello, my name is Claire and it is great to meet you! I am a recent college graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth where I obtained a Master's degree in Psychology. My time at UMD allowed me to develop many skills, including my tutoring skills. I had the opportunity to assist in student learning by tutoring fellow students on general subjects they were challenged by. I also was a financial peer mentor at UMD, which allowed me to develop many tools and tactics on how to reach every style of learner. I even had the opportunity to tutor elementary aged students in the Duluth area as a class assignment. I worked with all types of students in this position, but I spent most of my time aiding special needs children in their learning.
