I'd describe my personality as creative, empathetic, and organized! As a behavioral health professional with a variety and extensive experiences, I understand the importance of having someone who can deliver compassionate care based on science and circumstances--individualizing my care to each person I provide services to. I'm looking for a job that allows me to put the individual and their family/stakeholders at the forefront of my care ensuring it aligns with the families values & culture. I started caring for people with special needs in 2019 in Appleton , WI. I took a clinical child psychology and development course which sparked my passion for the field. I've been an active provider in behavioral health, caregiving, social skills building, & adolescent mentorship for 6. 5 years. I am preparing for my behavior analyst certification board exam. I have a B. A. in Psychology & an M. A. in Behavior Analysis! I love to exercise, spend time with my fiancé, & travel when life allows!
