About Claire

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, caring, and warm. I like working with animals because I like connecting with them. I grew up with dogs and find it fun and easy to play with them. They all have different personalities, and it's fun getting to know their needs. I want them to be taken care of when their caregiver is away and make sure they get love and attention. I'm looking for a job that allows me to get outside, go on walks or runs. I do best with consistency. I started working with animals when I was a kid. I also had at least one dog, and started watching my parents friends' dogs at 12. I had a job at a dog hotel and daycare and have house/pet sat and dog walked throughout adulthood. In my spare time, I like to create- writing, drawing, painting, cooking and baking. I like to be outside, read, go on hikes and walks.
