Claire has been working with me in children's ministry at our church for approximately 2 years. The kids LOVE her and the feeling is obviously mutual. (Children have an amazing capacity to read people.) I have never met anyone quite as naturally nurturing as she is. She engages them in activities and simply meets them right where they are. I love that she does not talk down to children. She treats them like the real people they are. Claire is what I would call an "old soul." She is mature beyond her years. She does not focus on her cell phone or get caught up in what I refer to as "teenage drama". She arrives on time and is always prepared. I simply cannot say enough about this young woman. If I had a full time position available, I would not hesitate to hire her.
