About Claire

Hi! I'm a former preschool teacher in Lincoln Park with five years of experience working with children. I'm currently earning my M. Ed. in Elementary, Early Childhood, and Special Education at DePaul and will begin teaching kindergarten full-time this December. I love helping kids build confidence and making learning feel fun and approachable. I'm available for tutoring and babysitting, speak English and Spanish, and have experience supporting children with disabilities. I'd describe my personality as warm, approachable, and energetic. I like working with kids because I love seeing their personalities develop and watching their confidence grow as they learn and explore new things. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, do arts and crafts, and explore all that Chicago has to offer!
