Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. With a graduate degree and a year of homecare experience, and years of nursing experience in numerous capacities II offer compassionate support through respite care, hospice services, personal care, and more. I am a Registered Nurse, and I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, depending on their preference. My goal is to provide reliable care and support families.
