About Claire

Over the past 20 years I have been a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, and preschool teacher. I am more than happy to share my experiences, qualifications, and references with interested families but as of now I am only interested in working with people who are also covid cautious. I still maintain a bubble, consisting of one person; I mask in public as well as take other mitigation steps, do not attend large events nor dine at restaurants indoors, utilize order pickup options when available, socialize outdoors, and have enrolled in online only courses to help reduce my potential exposures. I am vaccinated and boosted (bivalent this summer, waiting for Novavax this fall). My ideal family would be seeking short to mid-term childcare (I am planning on leaving Columbia after I finish school) and would only need help part time but I am flexible on week-to-week schedules. I have experience working with ages 0-18 with special interests in outdoor based play and infant care. BLM
