About Claire

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, crafty, and organized. I like working with kids because I like to be fun and silly with them, and I love thinking of new things to do and games to play. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but consistent, and that has clear communication. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I started out watching my younger brothers and my neighbor kids for a few hours at a time, and now I am a part time nanny for the same neighbor family. In my spare time, I like to read cheesy romance novels, color or do activity books, or go on a walk and listen to a podcast. One thing you should know about me is that I split my time between Lafayette and Anderson during the week. I am usually in Lafayette during the week and Anderson during the weekend. My skills include emotional and behavioral guidance, child development and engagement, and communication and organization.
