About Claire

Hello! I graduated from Hamilton College this May with degrees in Art and History, and just completed a History teaching fellowship at the High Mountain Institute. I love tutoring writing and humanities. I am also a practicing artist with an extensive background in art and museum education, and would love to teach art lessons to students of any skill level! I'd describe my personality as creative, kind, and enthusiastic. I believe in a creative and student-centered approach to teaching. Tutoring individuals or small groups allows me to get a deeper understanding of each student's learning process and to cater my teaching style to them. My skills include writing, humanities, and the arts. I am happy to work with any age or skill level, including those working on job and college applications!
