Working with children has it many advantages. For me it's a learning experience to be able to work with different kids and grow with every learning phase. I enjoy building a relationship with the children to make them feel safe, understood, and allowing them to freely participate in fun activities. In my past experience of caring for children it has been a truly rewarding and enjoyable experience. It does take patience and effort but the reward of seeing them grow, play, and achieve milestones makes it all worth it.
