Coming from someone who has a learning disability, I am passionate about working with the special education department to give back to my community that helped me become the person I am today. Working in the multi-needs program and having experience as a behavioral technician in ABA therapy, I truly enjoy the feeling of changing someone else's life. I love to watch students reach their goals and the big smiles when they accomplish something they didn't know they could do! I'm a true believer in the natural teaching environment and therefore I believe that is the best way most special needs know how to learn.
