About Claire

I am an elementary school counselor with 5 years of experience in school counseling and over 10 years of lifetime experience as a babysitter and nanny. I have cared for children with special needs and differing abilities and I have knowledge of childhood development, wellness and mental health that I bring to the table as a counseling professional licensed in PreK-12. I am super passionate about my work as a school counselor. Helping children to discover their unique abilities, develop a strong sense of self, build coping skills and self esteem is the most rewarding job there is! As a babysitter, I'm able to bring this experience to your home and be more than your average babysitter. I can help with academics, goals, developing coping skills and identifying and working through our emotions and so much more! Of course, if you're just looking for a sitter to spend time with your children and play outside, get creative, and have fun, I love just spending time with kids as well!
