About Claire

Hi - I'm Claire! I'm 25 and in my fifth year living in the city. My degree is in Public Relations, and for the past five years I've worked in PR and brand strategy. While I love that world, I'm taking a step back from corporate to explore what's next - potentially back to school for child psych! I started babysitting in high school. It led to regularly sitting for several families, caring for toddlers to teenagers, and eventually nannying for one during weekends and summer breaks. I managed the after-school shuffle (homework, snacks, transport, etc.), cooked dinners, did laundry, and chaperoned everything from pool days to school events. I always aimed to maintain a sense of calm and fun amid the natural chaos of three kids (and four dogs!). During college, I nannied for another family of three. :) I'm CPR and First Aid certified and will be renewing both of certifications soon. Above all, I really hope to bring patience, playfulness, and reliability to the families I work with.
