My experience with senior care began at home with my grandmother, where I learned first-hand the importance of patience, empathy, and consistent support. As she grew older and faced mobility limitations and memory challenges, I assisted her with daily tasks such as preparing meals, managing medications, and providing companionship. I learned how to communicate clearly, help her maintain independence, and create a safe, comfortable environment. These day-to-day responsibilities taught me not only practical caregiving skills but also how meaningful it is to support an older adult's dignity and emotional well-being. I am a registered nurse because of my grandmother with more than six years of professional nursing experience and current BLS/ACLS certifications. I am dependable, patient, and detail-oriented, and I bring both my medical background and real-life parenting experience to ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the families I work with.
