Nanny Share I offer a low 1:4 ratio in a safe, nurturing, home-based environment where children receive more one on one attention, individualized care and a calm daily routine. I also provide bilingual immersion, giving children the opportunity to naturally learn and be exposed to a second language through everyday interaction and play. One of the best parts of a nanny share is that children still receive valuable socialization opportunities in a smaller setting - allowing them to build friendships, practice communication skills and learn alongside peers while benefiting from more personalized care and attention. Citlaly (Laly) is wonderful!!! She was able to help us out when we had friends in town to watch their 6 month old. She was a great communicator, responsible and a overall amazing care giver to their son. Both our friends from out of town and my family would defiantly re-hire and work with Laly in the future!!
