My name is Cita M. I attended Brevard Nursing Academy School. I'm a certified CNA with 10 years of personal patient care. My working experience includes stroke, dementia, hospice and elderly care. I'm very flexible to work with and can adapt to any type of clients care. I'm a very loving and caring caregiver and have the best interest at heart for my clients. I enjoy helping and making someone quality of life better. I have worked with several client's over the years and my duties were getting them in and out of bed, helping with hygiene grooming, preparing meals, transferring, medication reminders, running errands, light housekeeping and also being there as a companion for the client's. I also have 20 years of working in the hospital emergency room.

Words cannot encompass how grateful our family is for Cita. She provided 5 years of exceptional service during our mother’s declining years. With compassion and gentle loving care, she supported Mom. Cita was energetic, reliable, supportive, and knowledgeable - an angel for us. She cheerfully worked five days a week; providing daily meals, laundry, light cleaning, companionship and superior care. Every day she greeted our mother with a smile and encouragement. Her experienced meal preparation and feeding style adapted as Mom declined. Her insights and innate abilities to understand Mom’s needs were invaluable. She quickly learned our mother’s likes and dislikes and catered to them as often as she could. Wound care and prevention were a forefront priority of Cita’s. With our family in multiple states, Cita’s communication surpassed a typical caregiver. She provided feedback regarding Mom’s health, eating habits, new medication reactions, difficulties and accomplishments physically and mentally. She possessed keen insights. She would observe small changes that might have otherwise been overlooked and communicate her observations and potential concerns to the family. As out of state family members, Cita maintained connection between us and Mom. She facilitated FaceTime calls between family and Ella. Our family highly recommends Cita for any caregiving position.
