Hello , My name is Cisse and I feel like I will be a great fit for this position and here's why : From a young age, I've been drawn to understanding and supporting children with special needs. As I grow, I aspire to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), dedicated to improving the lives of those facing developmental challenges. My journey towards this goal has already begun, with experiences that have shaped my understanding and empathy. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Youth Studies with a minor in Disability Studies, focusing on autism, I'm gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to make a meaningful impact.
