As a childcare provider with 17 years of experience, I have a deep-rooted passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which only solidified my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I believe that every child deserves a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who can provide a safe and stimulating environment. Effective communication is key, so I ensure parents receive daily written reports and regular updates via text or phone calls, and we have verbal conversations at pickup time to discuss their child's day or any concerns. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child. My favorite activities with children include outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that encourage learning. As a skilled swimmer, I'm more than happy to teach swimming if the opportunity arises.
