She is very nice, very polite. She loves doggies, and so do I. I live in Indiana which is a little bit outside of their normal area because I think she is mostly in Pittsburgh area. Also, Rose and Gustavo were very nice as well. Three nice people and they did a good job helping me clean. I will use them again.
