Cinthya is great with my baby/ toddler. She’s been working with us for about a year (since he was 4 months old) and our toddler is securely attached to her. She can also juggle our two preschool girls alongside the toddler when we are in a pinch. She keeps the home tidy and prepares healthy food - she’s great at taking an initiative. She can also drive and has creative ideas for how to entertain the kids in the community at libraries and story times and parks.
