My college degree has given me a solid foundation. I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with mobility, and do light housekeeping. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate through written reports, texts, or calls, always following the family's preference. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
