About Grace

Hello, I'm Grace! Over the last 12+ years, I have worked with children in various settings. Currently, I work for D49 as a Licensed Substitute teacher for Pre-K - 12, and pursuing a full-time position as a Special Ed Paraprofessional. I'm looking for part-time work in the afternoons/evenings. My past experience includes being an assistant teacher with Pre-K - 12, after-school care lead, Sunday school teacher, tutor, camp counselor, nanny and babysitter from infants up to college students. I have extensive experience with foster children, and special education experience. I have a Bachelor's in elementary education, and am pursuing a Master's in the next year within Counseling/School Counseling. My belief is that children are one of the greatest gifts from God in. I believe there is a lack of loving guidance for children in our world right now, due to the disruption of the family unit. I am passionate about aiding families in empowering children to grow into their full potential.
