I will take immaculate care of one of your most precious assets: your home, and your most precious commodity: your pets. I have worked for a realtor and other private clients house/pet sitting. As a Personal Assistant, I have managed an existing staff of four (pool cleaner, gardener, driver, and housekeepers), ensuring the household runs smoothly and managing the maintenance of the house (dealing with contractors and all vendors). As a house/pet-sitter, my duties included: maintain a stable environment and routine for your pets, and ensure the safety of your home while you are away. Overnights include feeding, play/walking, lots of love and attention, litter box and/or yard pet waste cleanup, and basic home maintenance including plant watering, rotating lights and blinds, bringing in trash bins, mail and newspapers, and home security checks.
