I am determined, responsible, goal oriented and accountable. In a time when standards are constantly being lowered I strive to maintain a high self-standard that is reflected in all aspects of my life. The most powerful skill is fluid ongoing communication. I have extensive experience in a broad area of needs. Providing care in both home and facility based environments for over 10 years. I am familiar with autism, bpd, ptsd, trauma, dementia and Alzheimer's. Also experienced in more involved care revolving around physical limitations including cerebral palsy and spinal bifida. Personal needs and assistance are a part of every person's individuality. I take great care in learning and providing appropriately to those needs and assistance. Equal to the broad range of conditions is also a broad range of age experience from very young to elderly. There's no limitations just a need for in formed communication to match all expectations.
