About Cindy

Cindy is an exceptional caregiver who brings both joy and structure to every child she works with. I’ve worked with her for a couple of years, and she consistently goes above and beyond. She is very hands-on and engages children with singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and activities that keep them learning while having fun. She’s always upbeat, uses positive and encouraging language, and builds strong, loving connections through hugs, high-fives, and genuine warmth. Cindy teaches important skills like sharing, numbers, letters, and colors, and she goes out of her way to connect with older kids by showing interest in their hobbies. She’s also wonderful at managing routines — extremely organized, consistent, and confident when it comes to setting boundaries and guiding children through daily schedules. I highly recommend Cindy for children of any age. She is dependable, caring, and truly gifted at what she does.
