About Cindy

Cindy is truly one of the most incredible people we have ever welcomed into our home. I honestly don’t know how to fully capture the impact she has had on our family, because she didn’t just care for our children, she became part of our lives in a way that is rare and deeply meaningful. From the very beginning, Cindy brought a sense of warmth, calm, and trust that immediately put us at ease. Both of our children, our one-year-old and our six-year-old, absolutely adored her. The joy and excitement our youngest had every single time she walked through the door is something I will never forget. The connection she built with both of them was so genuine, and it was always clear how deeply she cared for them. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your children feel safe, happy, and loved when you’re not there, and Cindy gave us that peace every single day. She has a natural ability with children that you simply can’t teach. She is patient, attentive, playful, and incredibly intuitive to their needs. She incorporated a Montessori-style approach into her care, encouraging independence, curiosity, and learning through everyday moments. She spent so much intentional time outdoors with them, letting them explore and enjoy the world around them, which meant so much to us. Cindy went far beyond what we ever expected from a nanny. She prepared meals for our family, helped around the house, and carried so much of the day-to-day load in a way that made our lives feel lighter and more supported. Beyond her role as a nanny, Cindy is just a wonderful human being. She is dependable, kind, and carries herself with so much heart. Having her in our home was a gift, and saying goodbye is incredibly difficult for our entire family. We are endlessly grateful for the time we had with her, and any family would be beyond lucky to have Cindy in their lives.
