Making a positive impact in the lives of adults and seniors is what I'm passionate about. For the last 10 years, I've provided compassionate care, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. My approach is always friendly and empathetic. I respect the independence of those I care for. I enjoy activities with my clients such as exercise, walks, games, puzzles and gardening etc. I'm also skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I have several dementia certifications that enable me to communicate with families using their preferred method. I can also take vitals.
