About Cindy

It is truly hard to put into words how grateful we are to have had Cindy as part of our family for the past year and more. From day one, she has brought warmth, care, professionalism, and joy into our home, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her support during such an important chapter in our lives. As a working mom, I can confidently say that I’ve been able to thrive both personally and professionally because of Cindy. Knowing our daughter is cared for in our home, under the same roof, by someone so deeply committed to her development and well-being has been the ultimate gift. Cindy has created an environment where our daughter has flourished; her speech, language development, comprehension, fine motor skills, and even her manners have all grown by leaps and bounds thanks to the focused, one-on-one attention and thoughtful engagement Cindy provides every single day. One of the things we love most about Cindy is the way she turns everyday moments into learning opportunities. Whether it’s grocery shopping or folding laundry, she turns these tasks into fun, interactive, and educational experiences for our daughter—encouraging her curiosity, teaching vocabulary, and helping her feel included and capable. These small but meaningful moments add up to something truly special, and our daughter absolutely loves spending that time with her. Beyond childcare, Cindy contributes in countless ways to the smooth running of our household. She takes initiative in managing our grocery shopping, laundry, and organizing various spaces like the kitchen, closets, and play area. These are the invisible tasks that can so easily pile up for working parents; and because of Cindy, they never do. A concern of ours was how our home would feel with two parents working remotely and a nanny with a toddler in the mix. Cindy seamlessly navigates our daily routines, always knowing how to move through the space in a way that feels natural and never crowded. Her thoughtfulness and intuitive approach are unmatched. We would recommend Cindy wholeheartedly to any family. Her dedication, reliability, and nurturing nature make her an extraordinary nanny and an even more wonderful human being. If it weren’t for my upcoming extended maternity leave, we would never be letting her go work for another family- HA :) .
