I began my experience in caring for the disabled and elderly after caring for my grandmother who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. My elderly, disabled sister-in-law lives with me and is a living testimony of the exceptional care that I provide. Additionally, my care giving has covered Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, numerous physical and other mental limitations. I believe in continuing the respect and quality of life that these individuals deserve. Seniors and disabled individuals are often overlooked and considered a burden; however, I feel that we as a society are indebted to them for their contributions and it is now our turn to care for them and show them that their life still matters.

Cindy helped care for my husband who needed help with all aspects of daily living including transfer from wheelchair to bed. She was very efficient and always looking for more to do. She was so caring to him and treated him with the utmost respective and dignity. You could always see the love of her Lord and Savior shine through in all she did.
