Hello Ive been a licensed, practical nurse, although for the last 10+ years, I have been doing private home health care work with the elderly I have worked as a home health aid for a women with MS whose bedridden for 30 plus years I have before and during my time, going to school to become a nurse. As a nurse, I worked for Ramsey hospital as an IV nurse for six years and then on to dialysis for eight. I'm 67 years old I've done home health care for a number of clients for the last 10 plus years I've worked with clients with dementia Alzheimer's, and I've also worked with hospice clients. I have always enjoyed caring and the companionship for seniors. I've assisted with person cares light cleaning, errands, meal preparation, setting up meds driving to appointments or other places needed to go maybe just to get out for a drive I consider myself a happy sort of funny but very professional caring down to earth sort of women. and just getting to know and enjoying who I'm caring for .
