Cindy was a catalyst in helping us get the care we needed for my dad. Even though her schedule didn’t allow her to help us out directly, she was able to recommend another caregiver who was able to. Cindy took the time to talk to us on the phone and expressed true concern and compassion during our time of need. It was very apparent that she truly loves her work and has empathy for others! Without that phone call, we don’t know where we would have ended up with our caregiver needs.
