About Cinara

Hi! I'm Cinara! I'm an experienced caregiver with a deep love for compassion, creativity, and curiosity. I have had the honor to care for kids across the lifespan both professionally and as the oldest sibling to 5. I have worked with kids across the autism spectrum and others with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDDs). I would love to talk more about those experiences and how my approach can differ when caring for kids with IDDs. With over five years of lifeguard and swim instruction experience I feel confident in my ability to entertain and educate children and youth, as well as deescalate conflict, and administer first aid or life saving support in emergencies. I believe art is one of the best avenues to express yourself so as an interdisciplinary artist I always encourage kids to explore their thoughts and ideas in attempts to create an understanding that the "box" we have to fit into is only imaginary.
