I had a phone and a in person interview with Cierra. I hired her, however, she did not show up. I texted her and got no response. I am extremely disappointed that I thought I finally found someone who fit all the criteria for my childcare needs only to be completely disregarded in a vulnerable time of need. She really had me fooled.
