Hi! My name is Cierra, and I'm a reliable, patient, and nurturing caregiver with years of hands-on experience caring for children of various ages. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your child, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I bring a calm, attentive, and supportive approach to caregiving. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, heard, and encouraged, and I focus on creating a positive environment where they can learn, play, and grow. I'm especially attentive to routines, communication, and following family preferences. I hold a B. S. in Biology from Stockton University, and have a background in tutoring.
