Caring for others is more than a profession for me-it is truly my passion. I find purpose in helping others feel supported, valued, and encouraged while watching them grow, thrive, and maintain their independence. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, I believe in caring for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. My background allows me to bring compassion, patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and an understanding of emotional and behavioral needs to caregiving. I take a person-centered approach and recognize that everyone has unique needs, preferences, routines, and strengths. Whether providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, transportation, encouragement, or simply a listening ear, my goal is to promote dignity, independence, and quality of life. I strive to provide dependable, compassionate care while treating each person with the kindness and respect I would want for someone I love.
