We interviewed Cierra for a nanny share for two infants. Although we ended up hiring a different nanny from our neighborhood, Cierra was an excellent candidate and had we not found someone from our neighborhood we would have offered her the position. She showed up on time to the interview, ready with her resume, dressed professionally, donning a big smile. She was enthusiastic about the position, and made it clear that she truly enjoys infants and toddlers and also feels comfortable doing light chores around the house. She has experience with infant sign language which is a total bonus! I spoke with one of Cierra's references from a previous job at a daycare, and she said Cierra was a great employee and that they were so sad to see her go. If you're looking for someone to care for your infant or toddler, it's worth meeting Cierra!
