Hi, my name is Cierra. I graduated from Bethel University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am looking for childcare opportunities to further my career in education. In high school, I started to gain experience with children when I babysat my nephew and niece on the weekends. After graduating college, I resumed working with children when I became a registered behavioral technician (RBT) at Journeys Autism Center and Golden Steps ABA. As an RBT, I worked with autistic children from the age of 2 to 18 for 2 years. I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, fun, and honest. My skills include communication, patience, creativity, behavioral analysis, behavior intervention, and crisis management. I am certified in CPR, first aid, and crisis intervention.
