About Cierra

Hi everyone, my name is Cierra. During the school year, I work as a substitute teacher and aide for Plymouth School Corporation. I am looking for families who need a part time or full time nanny for their children during the summer. In 2023, I graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. For 2 years, I was a Registered Behavioral Technician at Golden Steps ABA and Journeys Autism Center. While employed for these companies, I worked with autistic children (ages 2 to 17) to minimize behavioral problems and prepare them for the school environment. More about me: 1. I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, enthusiastic, honest, and creative. 2. My skills include communication, patience, creativity, behavioral intervention, crisis management, lesson planning, and enforcing a routine schedule. 3. I am CPR and First Aided trained by the Red Cross. 4. I have a reliable vehicle, do not smoke or vape, and am friendly towards all pets.
