Cierra was a wonderful hire who quickly became a part of our family. She loved on our babies like they were her own, and took pictures of them throughout the day so we never missed a cute moment. She was a big help when we transitioned to baby led weaning. She is creative with sensory play, and was mindful of nap times and made sure they got plenty of rest and stimulation.
